Our role at Apex Recruitment:
At Apex, we believe in service over sales. We want to ensure that our clients are provided with the highest levels of service. As such, we don't ask for our Account Managers to make cold calling sales calls, instead, we ask them to build long-standing relationships with their clients, ensuring that they are looked after and, therefore, don't have the need or desire to go elsewhere. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates to fill the roles of the clients that you work with, you will provide market research and intelligence to help your clients with their recruitment needs. You will then look to expand the amount of business with that client and use the relationship as a way of opening new doors to other areas within the business.
Senior Account Manager
Following on from our Account Manager role, our Senior Account Managers go out on site to meet with their clients and contractors to ensure best in class service is provided. In addition, they are responsible for understanding employment laws and legislation, as well as providing financial quotes to their client base. They are also tasked with mentoring and training less experienced members of the Apex team.
Recruitment Managers
Recruitment Managers utilise the skills and expertise they’ve established as successful account managers to manage a team. Your main objective is to ensure that the team is maximising its profitability by managing your team members efficiently and effectively. This will involve monitoring the account managers' abilities to meet their targets by supporting them in their training requirements and ensuring new members of the team are performing throughout their probationary period. You will continue to lead by example through the successful onboarding of new clients and the placement of candidates.
Business Support
Our business support function ensures that we are a well run, compliant business. Our business support team assist the consultants with administrative tasks such as formatting CVs, maintaining the client/candidate database and updating the team’s various spreadsheets. You will ensure that documentation is kept up to date and ensure that the business remains compliant with employment rules and regulations. You will also have the opportunity to support with marketing, resourcing and payroll.
