Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer
Permanent, full-time
Hours: Monday – Friday (08:00 – 17:00)
Location: Bidford-on-Avon
Salary: up to £43,000, dependent on experience

What You’ll Do
As a Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting full vehicle re-sprays
- Carrying out necessary paint repairs using a range of professional spraying techniques.
- Applying basecoats, primers, lacquers, and specialist finishes to achieve flawless results.
- Working with a variety of paint systems including:
- Water- and solvent-based paints
- Clear over base paints
- Solid and two-pack paints
- Metallic paints
- Three-stage pearlescent paints
- Matte lacquer finishes
- Specialised paint finishes
- Ensuring all vehicles leave the workshop free from defects, including drip marks, tear-backs, or imperfections.
- Auditing all parts and panels and completing relevant quality sign-offs.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping, safety, and compliance at all times.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal Paint Technician / Paint Sprayer will have:
- Extensive hands-on experience in whole vehicle spray painting.
- Proven experience working with high-end or luxury vehicles.
- Experience working with carbon fibre components.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow detailed work instructions.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritise workload efficiently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for achieving a flawless finish.
- Strong knowledge and practical understanding of Health & Safety, C.O.S.H.H., and environmental procedures.
