Join a leading international manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa. They are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their existing team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Pay: Days - £14.45 per hour & Early and Late shifts - £16.10 per hour

Warehouse Operative Overview

The Warehouse Operative plays a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of warehouse operations. The role involves maintaining a clean and safe working environment, accurately handling goods, and working closely with team members to meet operational targets.

Shifts - 39 hrs per week + possible overtime

• Days - 07.00-16.00 Mon-Thurs and 07.00-12.00 on Friday (30-minute break)
• Shifts Rotating fortnightly - 06.00-14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-13.00 on Friday and 14.00 -22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 on Friday (20 minutes break) 

The Warehouse Operative Role:

• As a Warehouse operative, you will be working within the warehouse department
• Locating, picking customer orders using a RF scanner.
• Unloading and loading delivery vehicles
• Administration and updating of inventory on the inhouse computer system
• Assisting in stock takes and goods in
• Keeping to targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment,
• Attention to detail,
• Basic numeracy/literacy,
• Communication and strong teamwork,
