Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00-16:30 (10-minute paid break in the morning, 30 minutes unpaid at lunch).

About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive and highly organised Warehouse Coordinator to join our client in Coventry on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role is key to supporting the smooth operation of the warehouse and production functions, acting as a critical link between contractors, internal teams, and logistics operations.
Warehouse Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate Work Orders with contractors and internal teams for the Production team.
- Communicate with Distribution staff and various colleagues to raise problems and work for solutions
- Monitor routine daily activities to ensure they are completed on time and correctly
- Coordinate/complete non-routine tasks including (but not limited to):
- Investigating shipment issues, returns, and delays and make sure all scanned correctly when dispatched
- Resolve booking in issues and to make sure priority parts are in stock as soon as possible
- Stock control and corrections
- Assist with general warehousing tasks (booking in, picking, packing, put-aways)
- In the absence of the Logistics Manager, delegate tasks and set workloads for the Warehouse Operatives
- Problem solve or escalate issues that arise
- Priority escalation of booking in, put away and picks
Warehouse Coordinator Experience:
- Previous experience within a similar role and environment is essential
- Experience working with warehouse management systems
- Candidates will need to be accurate and able to work to deadlines
- Flexibility to adapt to different processes
- Candidates will have a sound understanding of health and safety policies, including manual handling techniques
- The ability to work both individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Good computer skills
