Salary: £38,000 – £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Ideal for experienced Bodyshop technicians with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.

Based at a Bodyshop in Bidford-on-Avon, you’ll play a vital role in transforming vehicles from start to finish, ensuring every campervan meets exceptional standards of finish, fit, and polish.

What You’ll Do

As a Strip, Fitter and Polisher, you’ll be responsible for ensuring each build is perfectly prepared and finished. Your responsibilities will include:

• Stripping & Disassembly – Safely removing parts, components, and accessories, following strict safety and quality guidelines.
• Inspection & Reporting – Identifying damaged or worn parts during the strip process and reporting findings to management.
• Preparation & Refitting – Cleaning, preparing, and reassembling vehicle components with precision to ensure functionality and fit.
• Polishing – Delivering showroom-quality finishes, including polishing recently painted surfaces (experience advantageous).
• Quality Control – Performing thorough checks to guarantee work meets exacting safety and quality standards.
• Maintaining Standards – Keeping your workspace safe, clean, and organised at all times.

Are You the Strip, Fitter and Polisher We’re Looking For?

We’re seeking a motivated, skilled professional who shares our passion for detail and excellence. You’ll bring:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Bodyshop, smart repair, or similar environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive parts, systems, and tools.
• Proven skills in polishing vehicles to a high standard, free of defects.
• A meticulous eye for detail with a commitment to flawless results.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt under pressure.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude with great time management.
• A full UK driving licence (essential).

Hours & Pay

• Permanent, full-time
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per annum (depending on experience)
• Holiday entitlement: 30 days inclusive of bank holidays
