Location: Whitley, hybrid working, 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH

Rate: £33.88 - £34.27 per hour (Umbrella)
Role Overview:
Our client is seeking a Senior Analyst within their Retail Prices Index Team for their site in Whitley. You will be responsible for the Business Performance Intelligence function within the Global Customer Care Team. Enabling data-driven decision making across Parts and Accessories revenue performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities of the Senior Analyst:
- Lead insight generation using data from c.1,700 retailers globally, combining multiple data sources to identify trends, correlations and performance drivers at market and retailer level.
- Produce clear, actionable intelligence briefs for the RPI team using internal benchmarking tools
- Own the development and governance of customer retention metrics, ensuring global consistency and continuous improvement as data capabilities evolve.
- Lead the development of RPI insight products, managing stakeholder feedback through the Ideas Hopper and ensuring delivery in collaboration with Systems and Data teams.
- Apply strong project management discipline to deliver enhancements on time and improve data product integration and user experience.
- Monitor and report on market-level performance trends and insights.
Skills Required:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across global, cross-functional stakeholders and bridge technical and business teams.
- Proven experience translating customer needs and complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables and customer-centric user stories.
- Results-driven and highly organised, with strong project management skills and the ability to plan, prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
- Strong business analytics capability, with experience analysing complex datasets to generate clear insights and recommendations.
- Advanced data visualisation skills, including the creation of high-quality Tableau dashboards with strong attention to design, usability and impact.
- Experience working with data management platforms such as BigQuery and Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW).
