Job Title: Project Manager – Factory Systems

Location: Crewe (Hybrid)
Contract Type: Contract - Full-time

We’re seeking a technically fluent Project Manager to oversee IT projects with a strong focus on factory and infrastructure systems. This role involves delivering projects in areas such as server infrastructure, telecoms, and industrial IT environments—bridging the gap between operations, engineering, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver IT projects involving industrial systems, infrastructure, and site-based technologies.
• Coordinate across IT, engineering, operations, and vendor teams.
• Plan and manage resources, risks, milestones, and budgets.
• Apply structured methodologies while remaining flexible to factory constraints.
• Translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
• Ensure seamless integration of industrial systems with enterprise platforms.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Strong project management background with infrastructure/industrial systems experience.
• Ability to manage projects involving servers, telecoms, control systems, or factory floor technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and operational teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial IT environment.
• Familiarity with structured project methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, waterfall).
