Join a leading international manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa. They are looking for Production Operative’s to join their existing team on a temporary ongoing basis.

Pay: Days - £14.45 per hour & Early and Late shifts - £16.10 per hour

Production Operative Overview

We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong quality inspection skill and experience with hand tools. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient assembly of products within a manufacturing environment, contributing to the overall success of production.

Shifts - 39 hrs per week + possible overtime

• Days - 07.00-16.00 Mon-Thurs and 07.00-12.00 on Friday (30-minute break)
• Shifts Rotating fortnightly - 06.00-14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-13.00 on Friday and 14.00 -22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 on Friday (20 minutes break) 

The Production Operative Role:

• As the Production Operative, you will be working within the assembly department, assembling various products.
• Quality inspection
• Using various hand tools
• Work within a team and resolve any assembly issues that may arise.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Working to strict targets and deadlines.
• You will ideally have previous production/assembly experience in a manufacturing organisation
