Our client is renowned for producing high-value, luxury motor vehicles and is at the forefront of innovation and excellence in the industry. They are currently seeking an experienced Prestige Automotive Valeter to join their exclusive, private, and confidential VIP department. This is an exceptional chance to work within a company where quality is paramount, and perfection is prioritised.
About the Role:
This role is offered on a full-time, long-term basis, working Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (40 hours per week). You will be working in a premium environment where your attention to detail and standards of cleanliness will contribute to the preparation of elite vehicles for high-profile clients and events.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Prestige Automotive Valeter, you will ensure an immaculate finish to vehicles, including but not limited to:
- Jet washing
- Application of traffic film remover
- Soap and sponge cleaning of vehicles
- Blow drying of vehicles
- Leather drying of vehicles
- Interior vacuuming
- Wiping down all interior trim
- Window cleaning
- Removal of watermarks
- Dressing of tyres and wheel arches
Additional Responsibilities:
- Attend briefings with Team Leaders
- Escalate hazards, near misses, and accidents to Team Leaders
- Collaborate closely with a team of Valeters and detailers to manage workload and maintain high quality
- Adhere to Health and Safety, COSHH, and Environmental procedures
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential) – maximum of 6 points
- Previous professional experience in a valeting role
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering a quality finish
- Flexible attitude and willingness to support across departments when needed
- Willingness to travel between sites if required
- Awareness and understanding of COSHH regulations
