Leamington Spa (Field-Based) | UK Travel Required

We’re looking for an engaging and confident Culinary Training & Product Specialist to deliver face-to-face product training and live cooking demonstrations across a portfolio of premium cooking appliance brands.

This is a hands-on, field-based role where you’ll bring products to life — training retail partners, internal teams and stakeholders through dynamic presentations and inspiring live demos.

If you’re comfortable cooking in front of an audience and know how to command a room, this Culinary Training & Product Specialist role could be the perfect next step.

As the Culinary Training & Product Specialist you will be:

• Deliver engaging, in-person product training across the UK
• Lead live cooking demonstrations that showcase product performance
• Turn technical features into practical, real-world benefits
• Create professional slide decks and supporting training materials
• Contribute to digital learning content (videos, online modules)
• Act as a brand ambassador for premium, market-leading products
• Manage your own diary and travel schedule

Regular UK travel and occasional international travel required. Flexibility for overnight stays is essential.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering face-to-face training
• Confident cooking ability — comfortable demonstrating live
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Experience creating professional training materials
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Comfortable in a field-based role with regular travel

Desirable:
Experience with kitchen appliances, premium brands, LMS platforms or digital content creation.
