• Days - £14.43 per hour
• Early and Late shifts - £15.89 per hour

Shifts: 39 hrs per week + Overtime.

Days: 07.00-16.00 Mon-Thurs and 07.00-12.00 on Friday (30-minute break)

Shifts: (20 minutes break) Rotating fortnightly.

06.00-14.00 Monday to Thursday and 06.00-13.00 on Friday

14.00 -22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 on Friday

Lates 14.00-22.00 Monday to Thursday and 13.00-20.00 On Friday (39hrs) (20 minutes lunch break)

About the Company

Our client is a leading international manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa. Due to ongoing demand, they are seeking a skilled Brake Press Operator to join their growing production team on a long-term temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience as a Brake Press Operator, CNC Operator, Machine Operator, Press Brake Setter, or Laser Operator looking for stable work with competitive pay and overtime opportunities.

The Role:

As a Brake Press Operator, you will play a key part in the production process, operating and maintaining Brake Press and Laser machinery to deliver high-quality components. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring Brake Press and 5-Axis Laser machines
• Performing Brake Folding to precise specifications
• Manufacturing components to a consistently high standard
• Reading and working accurately from engineering drawings
• Using precision measuring equipment (Verniers, Callipers, Micrometres) to ensure accuracy
• Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery, as well as monitoring material stock levels
• Working with a variety of metals, including stainless steel and aluminium
• Finishing, removing, and cleaning parts ready for production
• Conducting your own quality control checks and completing relevant documentation
• Meeting tight deadlines and production targets while maintaining quality standards
