Are you an experienced Supply Chain Data Analyst looking for your next career move? You would be joining a globally recognised luxury automotive manufacturing environment.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking Supply Chain and Logistics team where you will play a key role in maintaining master data integrity, supporting engineering changes and driving continuous improvement across supply chain systems.
As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will manage Bill of Materials (BOM) data, maintain MRP system accuracy and ensure data governance standards are consistently achieved. You will work closely with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams to improve planning, inventory management and operational performance.
The Role:
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of inventory, demand and master data within the MRP system.
- Manage Bill of Materials (BOM) maintenance, including part number creation, part attributes, part lineage and standard operating procedures.
- Validate BOMs to ensure data accuracy, completeness and alignment with engineering change documentation.
- Coordinate Engineering Change implementation and manage superseded parts through approved disposition processes
- Act as the primary contact for Engineering regarding part master data management.
- Research, validate and maintain supplier information including costs, lead times, shutdown periods, minimum order quantities and batch sizes.
- Drive continuous improvements to BOM management, data integrity and MRP system performance.
- Develop, monitor and report Supply Chain and Logistics performance metrics.
- Support data governance initiatives and implement best practice data management processes.
Who are we looking for?
- Previous experience working with MRP systems and master data management.
- Strong understanding of Bill of Materials (BOM) management and Engineering Change processes.
- Manufacturing or automotive industry experience is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis capability.
- Advanced Power BI capability
- Strong project management, organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday - 07:30 to 16.15 and Friday - 7.00 to 15.30
