Location: Warmington, Oxfordshire

Contract: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £30,000 – £37,000 + Bonus (OTE £33,000 – £40,000)

As a Service Advisor, you will be the vital link between customers and the workshop, ensuring high-quality service delivery while supporting daily operations and team coordination.

Your Role as Service Advisor:

In this position, you will manage customer interactions from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover, ensuring a professional and efficient service throughout. You will coordinate closely with internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Greet customers professionally, understand their requirements, and ensure all vehicle concerns are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Schedule appointments, prepare job cards, and liaise with technicians and parts teams to ensure smooth and timely vehicle turnaround.
• Provide clear updates, timelines, and cost estimates, ensuring customers remain informed throughout the process.
• Recommend additional services and maintenance where appropriate, supporting revenue growth while maintaining customer trust.
• Assist with front-of-house activities and support team coordination and daily workflow management.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and system updates in line with internal processes and standards.

What You’ll Bring to the Service Advisor Role:

• Previous experience in an automotive service, customer service, or aftersales environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and automotive systems.
• Proficiency with IT systems, including dealership management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
