Precision Engineering Opportunity for an Experienced Multi-Skilled Machinist

Location: Woking

Contract Basis: 6 month contract (Inside IR35)

As a Multi-Skilled Machinist, you will work closely with development and build teams to deliver precision-engineered parts that contribute to the successful testing and development of new vehicle technologies.

Key Responsibilities of the Multi-Skilled Machinist:

• Execute machining work to a consistently high standard in support of vehicle development activities
• Manufacture one-off and small batch components using CNC and manual milling and turning machines
• Support the build of prototype vehicles, bucks, rigs, and development hardware
• Manage multiple work requests and conflicting priorities to achieve project deadlines
• Maintain machining equipment and ensure machinery remains in good working order
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications accurately
• Inspect and self-check completed components to ensure quality standards are achieved
• Support workshop activities whilst maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
• Work closely with engineering and build teams to deliver project objectives
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety requirements

Hours & Pay:

Hours: 40 hours, Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4pm

Pay: Competitive
