Working Hours Days 08.00-17.00 Monday to Friday

The Assembly Operative will play a key role in the assembly and conversion of vehicles into high-quality vehicles. This position involves hands-on work across a range of build stages, supporting the delivery of fully functional and aesthetically finished vehicles. The Assembly Operative will contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where attention to detail and a positive attitude are essential.

Role & Responsibilities - Assembly Operative
• Carry out installation of interior units, fixtures and fittings
• Support electrical and basic gas installation tasks in line with specifications
• Prepare vehicles by stripping, cutting, and fitting components such as windows and roof systems
• Install flooring, lining, and finishing materials to a high standard
• Assist in pre-installation preparation of conversion kits and components

Requirements Of the Assembly Operative Role
• Previous experience in a hands-on, production, fitting or assembly role
• Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills as a Fitter
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
• Positive attitude with a proactive approach to work
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
