As an Aftermarket Sales Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and developing customer relationships while driving commercial activity within the automotive aftermarket sector. You will work closely with distributors, customers, and internal teams to support business growth.
This position will involve covering the South England region, managing and developing relationships with both new and existing clients to promote a range of automotive parts and components. The role requires regular travel and occasional overnight stays across the region. A strong technical understanding of the automotive industry, and effectively support customers and identify commercial opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Aftermarket Sales Specialist:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and distributors
- Support customer retention and identify opportunities for business growth
- Act as a key contact for commercial discussions and customer engagement
- Support the acquisition of new customers and business opportunities
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing regular commercial updates
- Contribute to the implementation of regional commercial strategies
- Support demand generation and customer loyalty initiatives
- Ensure customer requirements are communicated effectively across departments
- Produce reports and updates to support account management activities

- Confident presenting and engaging with customers and stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Understanding of CRM systems, digital technologies, and data analysis tools
