Experienced Workshop Supervisor required for a leading interactive games and software company in Wellesbourne benefitting from a salary of £28,000 to £30,000 dependant on experience.

A leader in the global entertainment industry who publishes and distributes video games and amusement arcade products, is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join them in their new workshop in Wellesbourne on a permanent basis.

The Workshop Supervisors will be tasked with repairing and upgrading customers machines along with supervising the workshop staff to ensure the smooth running of the facility

This is an exciting and fast-moving role that will require you to be highly organised, comfortable multitasking and able to prioritise your workload. You will need to be experienced working with electronics and understand wiring and technical components, ideally with amusement arcade products.


  • Oversea the day to day running of the workshop
  • Supervise all staff on duty
  • Handle all communications relating to workshop information on products
  • Order parts through the correct channels to complete repairs or refurbishments
  • Inform purchasing or the spares department if parts are not suitable
  • Attend Trade Shows
  • Make occasional visits, as required, to customers on their premises
  • Prepare machines for sale or operation
  • Adapt or convert new products to a useable and acceptable standard
  • Prepare notes or draft instructions and/or information to assist other departments
  • Ensure the workshop area is kept clean, safe and tidy
  • Observe the Health & Safety rules as laid down by the company
  • Perform such other tasks as may be reasonably requested by the company to meet it on-going requirements


  • Experienced working with electronics in a technical capacity is essential
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential
  • Interest in the gaming industry with a passion for amusement arcade products is desirable
  • Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Capable of managing and prioritising workload
  • Working to deadlines (in some instances being flexible in working hours if / when required)
  • Excellent attention to detail
