Technical Services Administrator

Main Purpose of Role

Key Tasks / Responsibilities

  • Executing tasks on web-based system e-Nomad for billing purposes
  • Answering calls into the Technical Services Department
  • Progress chasing vehicle status through Smart Repair, workshop, and valeting areas.
  • Liaising with the operational teams across the company
  • Assisting with group email inbox and responding to queries
  • Print job cars for Smart repair works
  • Processing tyre orders, and part pricing requests and inputting onto web-based system for customer approval
  • Completion of jobs on web-based systems via information from a job card

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in automotive or logistics sector - Desirable
  • Strong administration skills - Essential
  • Previous experience in an administrative role – Essential

Qualifications/Skills

  • Good standard of PC literacy – Essential
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, to all levels, both internally and externally – Essential
  • Excellent customer service skills – Desirable
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines – Essential
  • Logical and methodical approach to tasks – Essential
