A large and well-established company are seeking a Smart Repair Technician to join their team in Rochester, Kent on a temp to perm contract basis paying a rate in the region of £14.00 per hour.
Our client, an experienced car marketplace with an impressive history spanning nearly 70 years, are currently looking for a Smart Repair Technician with a focus on scratch repairs, chip repairs, polishing and glass repair, who is experienced in working with a variety of makes and models of vehicles to join the Workshop Team.

The successful Smart Repair Technician will be working on a range of makes and models of vehicles and will benefit from a pay rate of £14.00 per hour with permanent opportunities for the right person.

SMART REPAIR TECHNICIAN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Using SMART repair techniques to fix scuffs/scratches on car body panels and bumpers such as minor parking damage, bumper scuffs, stone chips and key damage,
- Mixing of paints
- Colour matching
- Filler and paint work
- Scratch repairs
- Dent repairs including Paintless Dent Removals
- Alloy wheel repairs and refurbishments
- Polishing
- Glass repair
The ideal Smart Repair Technician will have excellent attention to detail with a desire to produce high quality work. You will be required to have previous experience within a SMART Repair role and possess great time management skills as well as being a team player.
WORKING HOURS:
Shift Pattern operating across 7 days – 4 days on 4 days off – 6am-6pm
