Service Advisor
Location: Coventry
Days: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
Saturday 8am-1pm (1 Saturday in every 4-6weeks)
Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 per annum plus bonus (~£8,000 per annum)

We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor for a very well-established, premium brand dealership on a Permanent basis as they look to expand their current team. You will be working with customers on a daily basis with the emphasis on customer satisfaction and providing outstanding customer service.

Working within a busy service environment you will be responsible for customer liaison, keeping motor vehicle databases up to date and producing job cards on internal systems. You will be the customers first point of contact for all service-related activity.

Key Skills Required:

•      Experience is a fast-paced Customer Service environment such as a call centre would be ideal, 
•      Experience as a Service Advisor in a busy dealership would be beneficial but is not essential,
•      Customer focused and an excellent communicator,
•      Familiarity with using Motor Dealership Database Software would be ideal,
•      Be technically minded with the ability to professionally communication service and repair work with customers,
•      Produce Job Cards on in-house computer systems
•      Update customers and vehicle records
•      Communicate estimated costs of repairs and timescales of work to the customer.
•      A driving licence is essential.
