You would be part of an experienced team pushing the boundaries and striving for excellence to deliver quality results for their clients.

The Role:

As a Scrum Master your primary role will be to ensure efficient ways-of-working across a technical publications authoring team. The Scrum Master supports and drives the team effectiveness to ensure timely and quality delivery of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Run daily scrum meetings with the content delivery teams

· Lead regular project review sessions

· Manage and maintain project documentation and provide regular project updates to stakeholders

· Provide feedback and project review status to the Project Managers

· Provide weekly/monthly status reports as required at a team level and project level

· Maintain awareness of project Risks, Issues, Assumptions and Dependencies and support the communication of status changes with the team and wider stakeholders

· Provide suggestions to improve project governance

· Work with internal teams to follow working processes e.g. finance

· Provide on the job coaching and support as required

· Act as mentor in scrum activities and agile way of working

Candidate experience:

· Good knowledge and experience of Scrum and other agile software development methods, processes, and tools

· Commercial awareness with regard to costing of projects and their business impact

· Ability to communicate across different levels within the organisation, including senior management, operational colleagues and customers

· Project Management/Scrum Master experience in an Agile project management environment

· Proven experience of data analysis

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations

· Ability to facilitate workshops and scrum meetings
