Our client, a leader in the field of manufacturing with a reputation for innovation and quality, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join their fast-paced, dynamic team in Leamington Spa. This industry-leading organisation is known for its commitment to cutting-edge technology, operational excellence, and delivering world-class products to a diverse clientele whilst empowering their employees to grow and develop new skills.
Your role as a Quality Manager will involve supporting the company to obtain their IATF16949 quality standards, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation. You will lead a small team dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout the production process.

Quality Manager duties are:
- Supporting with obtaining IATF16949 standards, and ultimately ensuring compliance with automotive quality standards,
- Overseeing supplier quality, ensuring that all materials and components meet required specifications.
- Conducting internal and external audits to maintain compliance and drive improvements.
- Collaborating with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Liaising and working closely with suppliers to ensure supplier quality targets are maintained.
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation for all quality-related activities and ensuring continuous alignment with industry best practices.
- Managing and developing the quality team, providing leadership and guidance to achieve departmental goals.
The ideal Quality Manager:
- Proven experience in a Quality role or similar within an Automotive environment.
- Strong understanding of IATF16949 standards is essential.
- Experience in supplier quality management and working closely with suppliers to ensure quality compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Adaptable and flexible attitude, committed to growing and developing with the company.
Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00 and Friday 08:00 - 13:30
Monday - Thursday 30-minute lunch break
