Project Coordinator

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum

Project Coordinator required to join a specialist Automotive prototype and production parts manufacturer based in Warwick. This role is to support the team in ensuring that required project records have been completed correctly, procedures have been followed and to enable projects to run to completion is a time-effective manner, with ensured quality and customer satisfaction.

You will be working with the Project Management team to assist with the completion and coordination of projects to allow them to run smoothly and within time scales. This includes issuing and actioning all Project paperwork so that all costings are correctly documented.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Coordinator (or similar) who is looking to progress their career into a Project Manager/Account Manager role.

The ideal Project Coordinator:

      Ensure CRM is kept up to date with all customer and supplier information.

      Master Project Tracking Sheet to be kept up to date - to include analysis by person, sector, client, month etc

      Check Purchase Order documentation from customers & communicate with Project Managers any discrepancies.

      Process Live/Won projects to accounts package.

      Issue Supplier PO’s

      Issue Delivery Note and Invoices from accounts package.

      Organise logistics for collection and delivery of projects.

      Carry out weekly Folder Meetings with each Project Manager.

      Update and maintain Company documents for all projects according to numbering convention document.

Key Skills of the Project Coordinator:

      Experience with Microsoft Project would be beneficial

      You will possess strong analytics skills, with great attention to detail and accuracy

      Experience within the Automotive or Manufacturing industries would be beneficial

      Proven experience working as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator

      Good personal skills with the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
