A number of part time Service Centre Team Members are required for a leading interactive games and software company in Wellesbourne, benefitting from a competitive salary dependant on experience.

A leader in the global entertainment industry who publishes and distributes video games and amusement arcade products, is looking for a number of Service Centre Team Members to join them in their new workshop in Wellesbourne on a permanent basis.

The role of a Service Centre Team Member will require you to be highly organised, with the ability to multitask and to be comfortable prioritising your workload. You will enjoy interacting with customers and other departments; either face to face, on the telephone or via email. Previous customer service administrative experience, either in a customer support or service coordination role is desirable.


  • Manage, process and log incoming service calls
  • Utilise the service call system following full training
  • Input required information and data for new and existing locations
  • Update the service call system with all relevant information as soon as it becomes available
  • Monitor service calls from the initial call being placed through to completion ensuring a seamless process throughout
  • Utilise the tracking systems available and liaise with the Regional Service Managers (RSM’s) to ensure the service calls are allocated to the correct engineer
  • Complete all documentation, paper-work and computer records as directed to the highest standards
  • Represent the company in both a professional manner and appearance at all times
  • Provide cover for holidays and illness
  • Complete other tasks that may be reasonably required by the company to meet on-going requirements


  • Previous experience within a similar role and environment would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
  • A flexible approach to shift patterns and working hours

Week 1             Thursday and Friday - 07.30am - 18.00pm

Week 2             Saturday and Sunday - 07.30am - 18.00pm
