Hours: Part-time – circa 25 hours per week, Monday to Thursday with flexibility.

A global automotive OEM, who are leading the way with electric vehicles are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work within a commutable distance of their Frankfurt office.

This role can offer flexibility in part-time working hours, and days.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Travel planning for Team Frankfurt,
  • Purchase process for Frankfurt operations and link to UK,
  • Agenda for Team Frankfurt meetings and manage reports,
  • Record meeting minutes,
  • Park demonstrator vehicles, coordination and follow up,
  • Office Management,
  • Power Point and presentations.

Personal Specification:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office packages (Excel & PowerPoint especially),
  • Full driving licence,
  • Fluency in German & English essential.
