Hours: Part-time – circa 25 hours per week, Monday to Thursday with flexibility.
A global automotive OEM, who are leading the way with electric vehicles are currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work within a commutable distance of their Frankfurt office.
This role can offer flexibility in part-time working hours, and days.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Travel planning for Team Frankfurt,
- Purchase process for Frankfurt operations and link to UK,
- Agenda for Team Frankfurt meetings and manage reports,
- Record meeting minutes,
- Park demonstrator vehicles, coordination and follow up,
- Office Management,
- Power Point and presentations.
- Experience with Microsoft Office packages (Excel & PowerPoint especially),
- Full driving licence,
- Fluency in German & English essential.
