Marketing Manager
Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: Part time - 16 hours
Hours can be managed flexibly across the week based on business and candidate needs
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (Pro Rata)

Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the marketing activities, whilst devising strategies and campaigns. Working closely with existing agencies and the sales team.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager:

• Understanding the value of how a digital marketing strategy supports the wider business.
• Able to evaluate marketing activities to maximise ROI.
• Analyse customer insights, consumer trends and market analysis to build successful strategies.
• Exhibition organisation & booking
• Graphic design projects / requirements
• Printed collateral

Ideal Marketing Manager:

• Experience working with external agencies to support customer acquisition.
• Proficient in using HubSpot marketing suite.
• Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Photography / video skills would be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
