Job Title: Health & Safety Compliance Officer

About the Role:

As the Health & Safety Compliance Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with HSE Legislation, keeping compliant records in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory authorities. Your role will embed a culture of risk mitigation into the wider teams, using your understanding and interpretation of existing and new legislation to design and deliver HSE training and safety briefings.

Ready for the challenge? - Your duties as the Health & Safety Compliance Officer:

• Take charge of workplace hygiene, driving proactive monitoring and swift actions to keep our team safe and thriving.
• Own the Fire Protection Plan and Risk Assessments, ensuring fire safety measures are top-notch and fully compliant.
• Be the go-to for COSHH Risk Assessments, helping departments stay ahead of any hazards with smart, effective solutions.
• Partner with teams to create and implement cutting-edge safety systems, ensuring full compliance with safety standards like Legionella and LOTO.
• Champion DSE compliance, supporting risk assessments to keep the workspace comfortable and ergonomic.
• Lead the way in enhancing Fire Evacuation procedures, including tailoring PEEPs for those who need them.
• Keep training records sharp and ensure every team member has the vital Health & Safety training they need.
• Provide hands-on Health & Safety expertise for the dynamic Trackside & Events teams, ensuring safety is always in the fast lane.
• Manage Contractor Permits to Work and deliver engaging, memorable Health & Safety inductions that set the tone for safety excellence.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.30 – 17.30
