Customer Service Co-ordinator required on a 3-month contract basis (with possibility of an extension), in Warwick, benefitting from an hourly rate of £10.72 per hour.

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join an international engineering brand on a full time, temporary basis. Customer Service Co-ordinator Responsibilities:

  • To provide outstanding customer service – both written and verbal
  • Handling incoming and outgoing calls
  • Managing specific customer accounts and ensuring requirements are met
  • Effective compliant handling through the escalation process
  • Obtain purchase order numbers and invoicing of all customer accounts
  • Solving any issues and problems.
  • Ad Hoc duties as per business need
  • Liaising with external parties when necessary.

The Ideal Customer Service Co-ordinator:

  • Proven Customer Service experience is essential
  • Self-starter with a flexible approach to work
  • Ability to use your own initiative
  • Enthusiastic and a willingness to solve problems
  • Confident, assertive and target driven
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal at all levels
  • High levels of IT proficiency – MS packages, Word, Excel, and Outlook essential
  • Sound geographical knowledge is required
  • Previous experience with internal order management system would be beneficial

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week-Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm with 1 hour for lunch

Pay: £10.72 per hour PAYE

Contract length: Initially a 3-month contract; candidates must be available for contract extensions past the initial 3-months.
