Digital Enquiry Agent required on a full time, permanent basis in Chelmsford, benefitting from a salary of £20,00 per annum (OTE up to £35K)
Our client, and industry leading vehicle dealership with state of the art facilities specialising in prestigious vehicles.
They are currently seeking a Digital Enquiry Agent to join their existing team on a permanent basis.
As the Digital Enquiry Agent you will become the face of the company. You will be responding to customer queries and being the liaison between the customer and the sales team. This role is a vital role to the team to ensure the business flows and customers have the best possible experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to email and telephone queries
- Liaising with sales team
- Taking deposits and payments
- Making appointment for the sales team
- Logging all enquiries on the internal CRM system
- Engaging with customers face to face.
- High level of customer service
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Experience working with internal CRM systems.
- Knowledge of automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles and ownership
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Hold a full UK driving licence and have own vehicle.
A flexible attitude in working hours is essential as shifts and weekend working is required.
Monday – Friday 9am – 6.30pm / 12pm – 9pm
1 in 2 weekends – Saturday 0am – 6pm and Sunday 10am – 5pm
