The Job

To be part of a centralised admin team who co-ordinate workflow through workshops, Bodyshop and smart repair and provide administrative support to all operational areas

Responsibilities

Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Creating daily delivery reports for a busy Bodyshop, allowing for the prioritisation of workloads to fulfil all customer requirements
  • Checking auction lists and overseeing outstanding work whilst working closely with management and supervisory teams
  • Data entry
  • Raising job lines as appropriate
  • Planning workloads and creating storage movement requests
  • Admin support for 2x Bodyshops and a smart repair centre
  • Liaising with all internal departments as required
  • Liaising with 3rd parties to arrange work to be carried out in a timely manner
  • To maintain a professional attitude, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
  • To act in a manner which is efficient, orderly and timely, ensuring all tasks are achieved within the set time-scales.
  • Approving invoices throughout the month to allow for accurate and timely invoices
  • Adhoc duties as required Person Criteria

  • Strong administration skills
  • Confident and assertive communicator
  • Able to meet strict deadlines
  • Proactive Positive and flexible attitude to work with good communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ability to learn other bespoke systems as required
  • Knowledge and experience of using Fusion would be of benefit
  • Knowledge and experience in a Bodyshop environment would be desirable
