Automotive Production / Assembly Technician required to join a British Automotive Manufacturer based in Woking paying a rate of £18 - £20 per hour.

They are looking for a team of Automotive Production / Assembly Technician’s to join their existing team within the end of line department. The successful Automotive Production / Assembly Technician will be responsible for building, assembling and painting vehicles based on detailed work instructions. In return the successful Automotive Production / Assembly Technician will benefit from a pay rate of £18 - £20 per hour (Umbrella PAYE), working a 45 hour per week contract on an ongoing basis.

The Automotive Production / Assembly Technician will be quality focussed with proven experience within an Automotive Manufacturer environment working in an end of line capacity. With strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, the successful Automotive Production / Assembly Technician will be confident in assembling vehicles at all stages of the production line from the shell upwards as well as individual components in order to produce a high-end performance vehicle.

The ideal Automotive Production / Assembly Technician:

  • Proven experience working within an Automotive Manufacturer within a production / assembly discipline
  • Strong mechanical / electrical knowledge.
  • Quality focused with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow processes and detailed work instructions
  • Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and achieve set timescales

Working hours:  45 hours per week + overtime every other Saturday as per business needs.

Weekly Rotating Shifts:

Earlies: 5.30am – 14.45pm / Lates: 15.00pm – 23.45pm

Pay Rates: Umbrella PAYE

Earlies: £18.00 per hour / Lates: £20.00 per hour

Saturday Overtime: £24.00 per hour
