Location: Ledbury, Herefordshire

Pay Rate: £13.44 per hour

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious automotive manufacturer as a Valeter, providing flexible cover for holidays, absences and additional operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities of the Valeter:

• Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors.
• Clean engine bays and components beneath the bonnet.
• Clean lower door shuts, inner front wings and other detailed areas.
• Ensure every vehicle is presented to the highest possible standard.
• Follow all site procedures and safe working practices.
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of the wider team.
• Maintain consistently high standards across changing workloads.

The Ideal Valeter:

• Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
• Previous valeting experience is essential.
• Ideally aged 28 or over for insurance purposes
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual duties including standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible to work varied hours as required.

Hours & Pay:

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Every Monday and most Saturdays are required and paid at an enhanced hourly rate. Hours may vary from occasional shifts to full-time weeks so flexibility is required.
