The Pay
You will have a starting salary of £20,000+ per annum.
Dependent upon skills and experience, this can be increased – we also have regular reviews to ensure that our Account Managers are being competitively remunerated.

The Programme
You will receive a mixture of ‘formal’, classroom-based training and on-the-job training. We have a suite of ‘bitesize’ modules that should give you a good idea how a recruitment agency works and you will be assigned a buddy or mentor to support you through the first few months with us.
In addition, there is external training that we send our Account Managers on to give them an array of tools to enable them to provide an outstanding level of customer service to our clients. We are always willing to talk to employees who wish to undergo specific training (as long as there is an approved business case for it) – so we would encourage anyone to come and talk to us!
