• Days: £15.13 per hour
• Early & Late Rotating Shifts: £16.86 per hour

Production Operative Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Production Operative with experience in a manufacturing or production environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembly work, quality inspection and the use of hand tools to support the efficient production of high-quality products.

Production Operative Working Hours

39 hours per week plus possible overtime

• Days Shift: 06:00-14:00 Monday to Thursday and 06:00-13:00 Friday (20-minute break)
• Rotating Early/Late Shifts (fortnightly):
  • 06:00-14:00 Monday to Thursday and 06:00-13:00 Friday
  • 14:00-22:00 Monday to Thursday and 13:00-20:00 Friday
  • 20-minute break

The Production Operative Role

• Assemble a variety of products within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Carry out quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
• Use a range of hand tools safely and effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve production and assembly issues
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Work to production targets and deadlines
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a manufacturing, assembly or production environment
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience using hand tools
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
