We’re recruiting for a skilled Automotive Trim Technician to join a specialist team near Daventry, working on luxury, performance and bespoke vehicles in a modern, state-of-the-art facility.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Trimming and fitting vehicle interiors to high-quality standards
• Working with leather, Alcantara, fabrics and composite materials
• Installing, modifying and refitting interior trim
• Carrying out repairs, rework, sewing and hand-stitching
• Stripping, rebuilding and aligning trim components
• Working alongside skilled technicians and engineers

About You

We’re looking for an experienced Trimmer with:

• Previous experience as a Vehicle Trimmer, Automotive Trim Technician or Trim Technician
• Experience within luxury automotive, restoration, classic cars, coachbuilding or motorsport
• Experience working with leather and Alcantara
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• A reliable and professional approach
• Carbon fibre/composite experience is advantageous

• Early finish every Friday at 12:45pm

Monday–Thursday: 07:00–16:30
